Features
● The UREX-5000V-II is an automotive emission tester used for inspection and engine adjustment at an automotive maintenance workshop.
● Equipped with performance and features that can meet international standards.
● As a result of the pursuit of ease of use, easy maintenance is achieved while maintaining high operability and high reliability.
● The 4-gas compatible model EG1802-5000 adds CO2 and O2 to the measurement targets, and is equipped with calculation and display functions for air-fuel ratio and lambda. Engine diagnosis is possible from exhaust gas data.
Model Lineup
- 2-gas compatible model EG1802-0000
- A basic model for measuring carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC), which are mandatory inspection items for vehicle inspections.
- 4-gas compatible model EG1802-5000
- An advanced model that enables engine diagnosis by measuring carbon dioxide (CO2) and residual oxygen (O2) in addition to CO and HC.
Easy to maintain
- ■Drains water automatically
- Drainage is automatic. It saves you the trouble of having to check the water accumulation and then get rid of it again.
- ■Easy to check and replace filters
- A resin pre-filter is attached to the probe. Resistant to moisture and easy to change. In addition, the filter case of the probe has been made into a skeleton, which makes it easier to check the filter for dirt.
The filters of the main body of the measuring instrument are arranged upward at the rear of the main body. The transparent cover makes it easy to check the filter and make it easy to replace. - ■Easy to calibrate
- Calibration operations are semi-automatic. Gas calibration is automatically completed by simply entering the concentration of the gas to be calibrated with the operation keys and then inserting the calibration gas can. The calibration gas can be either a single component gas or a mixed gas. In addition, the indication of the end of calibration gas injection has been added to the 2-gas tester.
- ■Easy to maintain dust filter
- A dust filter is attached to the air intake that cools the main body of the measuring instrument, and the dust is concentrated in one place. This makes it difficult for airborne dirt to penetrate the body, and the filter can be easily removed, making cleaning very easy.
