This device measures and adjusts the toe and camber of each wheel of a four-wheeled vehicle.
This is a non-contact dynamic type (four-wheel rotation type) wheel alignment tester that uses ultrasonic sensors to read data without contacting the tire surface.
The amount of lateral slip that occurs when the tire passes over the measurement plate is measured to determine if the wheel alignment is adjusted within normal values.
The braking force of the brake can be inspected and confirmed.
As part of a comprehensive vehicle inspection, the ABS system can also be inspected for functionality.

This equipment can be used at automobile production plants to vacuum-fill the brake and clutch systems of vehicles with brake fluid, and at the same time perform sealing tests of the systems, contributing to the improvement of brake system quality.
The system automatically vacuums the brake piping, fills it with the brake fluid, or empties the brake fluid by simply having the operator attach or remove the filling gun to or from the brake reservoir tank of a vehicle being transported down the assembly line.
(We also have equipment that uses general-purpose robots to automate the entire process, including mounting and dismounting of the filling gun.)
