History

February 1937 Nissan Auto Sales Co., Ltd.(the forerunner of ALTIA Co., Ltd.) was established.
Sales division spun off from Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., as the predecessor to ALTIA,
 
April 1939 Hashimoto Iron Works Inc. (the forerunner of Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd.) was established.  
November 1957 Registered the “NISSALCO” trademark for automotive service equipment and tools.
1973 Developed the “super combi tester”.
1985 Developed the “CAI(Computerized Automotive Inspection System)”.
1988 Launched the “Gas Co-generation System”.
1989 Developed the “Ultrasonic-tytpe Wheel Alignment Testers”,”Fully AUtomated Tire Assembly Systems”and “Fluid Filling System”.
April 1991 Changed the company name to NISSAN ALTIA Co., Ltd.
Changed the NISSALCO logo mark.
1992 Developed the”Image Processing Head Light Testers”
2000 Developed the”Super Combi Quad”
April 2001 Changed the company name to ALTIA Co., Ltd.
Changed the NISSALCO logo mark.
April 2004 Established FALTEC Co., Ltd. a holding company of ALTIA Co., Ltd. and Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd.
February 2005 ALTIA Co., Ltd. and Hashimoto Forming industry Co., Ltd. merged to form Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd.. history_img08
October 2007 Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd. absorbed Orion Techno Co., Ltd. to form ALTIA Co., Ltd.
October 2007 FALTEC Co., Ltd. absorbed the automobile parts / accessories business of Altia Hashimoto and became an operating holding company. ALTIA
